Send a copy of the STUDENTS.MDB file to Aware support and they will re-set the password back to the default.  Or delete the file AWARE.MDB and reinstall the ALM and courses. Tracking data and users will be preserved. Back up your course TBK file first if you have added "OurSite" information to the course through the course editor that you wish to save.
