There are no questions in the user reports for a user who has completed the exam. What could be wrong?

This is a known issue in older versions of the Aware Learning Manager (versions lower than 2.9). Administrators should upgrade to the newest version of the ALM.

For older versions, the FAQ advice would be:

Contact customer support for an update utility to patch your data before you view the reports.
Instruct the users to use uppercase User IDs
