The workstation that you are attempting to run the ALM on may not have the proper access to the server. For example, it may not have the right drive mapping, or access to the shared folder where the ALM is installed on the server. Another possibility is that the user access rights are not set.
Minimum requirements for user access are:
- Read/write access to all .mda, .mdb, .ldb files and security.bin.
- Read/execute permissions are needed on everything else.
