May happen when printing a certificate.

There is an illegal character being used in either the student name or the company's name (most likely an apostrophe).

To correct this problem:

1. In the Aware Administrator select the ALM's User Maintenance tool.
2. Edit the name of the person causing the problem.
3. Reprint the certificate.
