This error may occur when a second person logs in.

  1. Make sure all users are out of the course. They can be in other courses.
  2. Using window explorer, select all .TBK files (such as WHMIS.TBK & EXAM.TBK) located in the course directory.
  3. Right click on one of the selected files and choose "properties".
  4. Set "Read Only" to checked (ON).
