This message means that the specified file could not be found or is corrupted.
It may occur when attempting to re-install older versions of the Aware Learning Manager which shipped with separate license diskettes.

To resolve this issue, first confirm that the ALM license floppy is in the drive.  If it is then you require a new ALM license disk. You may need to upgrade your version of the ALM.

If the problem persists then contact support for replacement media.
