Can licenses be SPLIT?

Clients who are separating one location into multiple locations (as part of re-locations or re-organizations for example), may wish to "split" a license across the new departments, locations, etc.

Yes, Aware's support department can split licenses for clients with the following terms and conditions:

  • Only licenses of 200 or more can be split, and clients must be using the current or new versions of the Aware Learning Manager.

  • Clients must return the media kit for their old installation, and will receive a new media kit for the new installs required.  An upgrade fee may apply if the client is using an older version of the ALM.

  • Clients must pay an administrative fee and shipping costs for the media kits.

  • Licenses can ONLY be split within the same organization.
