A client who has purchased a large number of licenses for one health & safety course wishes to re-allocate them to another topic.

Aware support can re-allocate licenses across courses under the conditions:

• Licenses can only be re-allocated in multiples of 10 or more with a minimum re-allocation of 25 licenses.
  
  
• Re-allocations can only be done for clients on active support & maintenance agreements and with Aware Learning Manager version 3.2 or better.
  
  
• The re-allocation can be done if doing so would leave the client in contravention of our licensing agreement. One license is required for each named user. Aware's support department will make the determination.
  
  
• An administrative fee applies to the re-allocation and must be pre-paid.
