The method in which licenses are increased depends on the version of the Aware Learning Manager being used.

Current versions of the Aware Learning Manager have an integrated license management utility that utilizes a challenge - response key system to handle license upgrades.

Previous versions required that:

• Clients email a licensing file created at time of installation back to Aware support, or
• That clients run a "license.exe" file sent to them by Aware's support department.
