I can't uninstall the software? What should I do?
You may follow these steps to uninstall the software manually.
- Delete the Aware Folder & contents (through explorer or file manager).
- Manually delete the Start Bar shortcuts:
- right click on "start" button, then select "explore".
- open programs folder
- highlight "Aware Learning" and delete.
*Note: Visual Basic runtime files are also installed but are not removed by uninstalling the software. They are common Microsoft files that are used by other Microsoft programs such as Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office and should not be removed.
If the problem persists then contact Aware Technical Support for replacement media.
